Terms of Use
You will need to have previously registered to use this service. You will be able to produce KFI's for the majority of applications, however our website does not currently cater for guarantor, porting or split product applications, or any application with more than 2 applicants. Lending Into Retirement
For all cases where one (or all) of the applicants' ages at the end of the term will be 65 (or earlier if the borrower plans to retire prior to 65), we require submission of the full application details prior to giving a Decision in Principle.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Applications meeting our criteria for lending in to retirement will only be assessed upon receipt of the fully submitted application (even if you have received an automatic acceptance through our normal Decision in Principle route). Please ensure the correct lending in retirement product is selected. We will then issue a decision in 24 hours and will not collect any fees until we are happy to proceed.

Before you start inputting the application for your client, please note the following information;
- Fees are not refundable, so please check that the application meets our lending policy requirements before submitting it.
- We will not start to process the application until we have received payment details for the £199 booking fee and the valuation fee, together with our minimum required documentation requirements.
- Booking fees are non transferable and where a new product is selected, a further £199 booking fee will be charged.
- On receipt of all documentation and fees we will assess the application and advise you if there are any additional information requirements. The valuation will be instructed at this stage.
- If an application is submitted without full payment details and/or the minimum required documentation, we will not chase for any outstanding items and we reserve the right to cancel the case after 21 days. The booking fee will not be refunded.
- When completing an on-line application, please make sure that your clients’ details are entered in the appropriate sections, not your own details. This is particularly important in the correspondence address, e-mail address and telephone number sections.
